Office Syndrome Massage

Targeted work on the neck, shoulders, upper back and forearms.

In short

Office syndrome massage targets the neck, upper back, shoulders and forearms. We can deliver it at home on a table, or at your desk in a chair through clothing.

A treatment built around the pattern desk work produces: a tight neck and upper back, rounded shoulders, and forearm strain from a keyboard and mouse. Available at home or at your desk.

The pressure is the same as deep tissue and it is priced the same from 60 minutes up, because it is the same work by the same therapists — the difference is that it starts from the desk-work pattern rather than from wherever you happen to point. The 45-minute session exists for a lunch hour.

At your desk the session is worked seated and through clothing, so nothing has to be moved and nobody has to change. At home it can be worked on a table with oil, which reaches the shoulder and the upper back more thoroughly and allows a longer session. The pattern of the treatment is the same in both places; what changes is how much of it can be reached and how long there is to do it.

Who is this massage suitable for?

Long hours at a screen, headaches that start in the neck, wrist and forearm tightness.

When should I avoid this treatment?

Tell us about any diagnosed neck or nerve condition, or numbness and tingling in the hands, before booking.

What does the therapist bring?

A massage table for a home visit, or a portable chair for an office one.

How should I prepare?

Nothing at all for a chair session — it is done through clothing and needs no changing room.
