Getting your therapist into the building
Bangkok condominiums handle visitors in very different ways. Some juristic offices want a resident to register a guest before they arrive; some will not let anybody past the lobby unless you come down to collect them; some issue a pass at the desk with no fuss at all. We have no way of knowing which yours is, so the booking form asks you.
If your building needs something from us in advance, say so on the form and we will tell you what we can provide before you commit to the booking. And if the lift is out, or the walk-up goes above the fourth floor, mention that too — a folded table is heavier than it looks.
The rest of the household
Children and pets are not a problem, though a curious dog in the room usually is, and somebody other than your therapist needs to be responsible for the children. A door that closes matters more than a large room: a massage works because you stop paying attention to it, and that is difficult in a space people keep walking through.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are a mobile service: our therapists travel to your home, hotel, condominium or office. We do not receive customers at an address.
What do I need to prepare at home?
A quiet room with about two metres square of clear floor, and somewhere to change. Your therapist brings the table or mat, fresh linen, towels and oil.
How far in advance should I book?
A day ahead is comfortable. Same-day requests are often possible in central areas, but they depend on therapist availability at the time you ask, and we confirm before anything is booked.
What if my condominium requires visitor registration?
Tell us on the booking form. Add the front-desk procedure, any gate code and the building name in the access notes, and your therapist will follow it.
Is submitting the form a confirmed appointment?
No. Submitting the form sends a request. We check availability for your date, time and area and reply to confirm. Only then is there an appointment.
Can I book in Thai?
Yes. The whole website, the booking form and our replies are available in Thai and English.
