Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a request we have not yet confirmed costs nothing: contact us with your booking reference.

Once a booking is confirmed, cancelling still costs nothing for as long as your therapist has not set out. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

If your therapist is already travelling to you, or has arrived, you are responsible for the transportation charge for that journey — the figure quoted on your booking, and nothing beyond it. The treatment itself is not charged for.

We will tell you whether your therapist has set out before you decide.

If we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, we will tell you as soon as we know and there is no charge.
